Google is info at your fingertips. It's great for finding out what the heck customers are talking about sometimes. Although Google Earth isn’t always accurate, it is helpful when looking for general directions. Google provides this handy Blog site, and the Directory looks like a helpful source for researching into various areas of interest. Under Labs, there’s a Script Converter and Transliteration which converts one language into another - very cool and potentially a really useful tool.
I would say use Google, but keep in mind that it is the internet, and there is a lot of junk and inappropriate material out there.
